ERCUNI-10 (90/10) spooled wire and bare filler metal rods consist of around 90% copper (Cu) and 10% nickel (Ni) provide exceptional resistance to corrosion and seawater erosion. This copper-nickel alloy demonstrates acceptable mechanical properties, typically having a tensile strength of 400–500 MPa and elongation of about 25–30%, which produces ductile welds with reliable performance. Hardness values are typically 90–130 HB. The weldability of ERCUNI-10 is excellent, with minimal cracking or other failures, making it suitable for high-demand applications in marine, chemical, or industrial industries where strength and corrosion resistance are paramount.
