Hajji Welding Supplies is a reputable producer and distributor headquartered in Tunisia, Tunis that deals in Nickel Alloy MIG and TIG filler welding rod and wire. Our products are designed to provide high strength, corrosion protection, and weldability on high pressure industrial applications. Our nickel alloy consumables are designed to perform at international standards in strenuous environments and at high temperature, with a stable performance. Hajji Welding Supplies, which serves the petrochemical, marine, power generation, and aerospace industries, is determined to achieve quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction by offering reliable welding solutions in Tunis and the international market.
Nickel Alloy MIG and TIG filler welding rods and wires are usually in the form of Nickel (balance) with the addition of Chromium (1423%), Molybdenum (210%), Iron (lead 7), and trace elements, usually Manganese, Silicon, Copper and Carbon depending on the grade. These components are useful in offering great corrosion and oxidation protection, even in harsh conditions. Mechanical characteristics tensile strength: 650-850 MPa, yield strength: 300-500 Mpa, Penetration: 30-40%. These fillers are also more durable, ductile and weldable in tough and high temperature applications.
